Description: Large modern chalet completed in 2006 - one of three in a secluded quiet area over looking the village of Seytroux. The chalet benefits from open views in all directions and an open south facing aspect
Although situated high above the village access is good and the road to the property is cleared of snow to within about 200m on a regular basis
Entrance to the chalet is at road level and guests enter into the hallway with WC and cloakroom area - stairs lead up and down
Going down you enter the 'garden floor' with three double bedrooms (one en-suite) and further shower room and separate wc. The largest of the three bedrooms has access via
patio doors to the garden - there is also rear entrance door to garden
Upstairs are three further bedrooms - one with 2double beds and 1 single + 2 further double rooms - one with ensuite shower
At the main living level you will find a spacious open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area with all modern facilities and wood burning stove - from here access is gained to the upper terrace
